Sometimes you run into problems connecting to your account. Before opening a ticket there are some ways to resolve most of these issues.

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

This error message is most likely related to too many connections and is best resolved by waiting or getting a new IP. When there are too many open or aborted connections the ssh daemon will not let you connect any more.
