Setting your Preferences includes four tasks:

• Set your localization preference (change the language, if desired)
• Specify your timezone
• Update your password
• Enter a password recovery email address

To begin, click on the plus icon on the upper right corner of your Connector. Then select ‘Your Preferences’ (this will take you to editing your user card in the People application).

Now that you are editing your preferences you will see a section called ‘Edit Account’. Use this section to update your password, set time zone, preferred language, and designate a password recovery email address.

Note: The username that you selected when setting up Online Services in Lightning cannot be changed. You may create a new user with the preferred username. We hope to allow usernames to be modifiable in future versions.

1. Open Your Preferences
2. Go to the ‘Edit Account’ section
3. Select your preferred language from the drop-down list
4. Click Save

3. Select your region and city from the drop-down list
4. Click Save

1. Open Your Preferences
2. Go to the ‘Edit Account’ section
3. Enter new password and password confirmation
4. Click Save

1. Open Your Preferences
2. Go to the ‘Edit Account’ section
3. Select a password recovery email address from the drop-down list
   (if none is available please add a second email address to the ‘Email Addresses’ section above. Then, return to the ‘password recovery email’ drop-down list and try again.)
4. Click Save
