Adding a Technical Contact

Our system allows you to nominate a person to act as a technical contact for your account. The technical contact is the person responsible for maintaining the configuration and deployment aspects of an account. This individual would be authorized to submit a support request on your behalf, for example, to make updates to the DNS records for your account.

If you wish to add a technical contact to your account, you can do so via a support ticket.

Be sure to include:

  • The first and last name of the technical contact
  • The email address they will use to submit support requests

Please note that there is only space for one technical contact per account.

If you have multiple Accelerators you are able to nominate more than one person.
