Re-Imaging an Accelerator
If you have a situation where you would like to reset your Accelerator and start over again from scratch, submit a ticket to “wipe and reinstall my accelerator”, per Linda's post. Note that *setup fees* do apply.
Please note that the whole system will be erased, so back up anything you want to keep prior to submitting the ticket.
