Cancelling Your Account

If you wish to cancel your account, you can initiate the process through a support ticket.

When filing an account cancellation, be sure to include:

• Your full Name
• Your Email address
• Your Username
• The name of your Server (e.g., 'ross')
• A brief message under How Can We Help? (“Hi there, I'd like to cancel my account”)

And finally, click Submit Request to submit your cancellation request.
