===== Connect ===== ==== Workspace ==== The Workspace is your dashboard, your hub, bringing together the information you refer to regularly. Workspace allows you to view any groups you - your default, standard, or smart groups, and any other user's public groups. For instance, you might include your calendar, your unread messages, your work-related notifications, your to-do List, and your partner's calendar. Whether you're a single user or working collaboratively with others, this feature can help you be organized, efficient, and get the most value out of the information you've entered in connector. You can reconfigure and rearrange your Workspace as needed: * You can drag and drop groups in the Workspace to reorder them * You can refresh the groups in your Workspace individually or you can refresh all * You can individually minimize or expand each group in your Workspace With one click you can jump directly to the group from Workspace. And because it is easy to add and remove groups from the Workspace, it's easy to customize it to the priorities of the moment. HOW TO: Add a group to your Workspace: * The control to add a group to your Workspace is tucked away inside the Info-Panel. * To open the Info-Panel, select the group, and click the right-facing arrow that appears next to the group's name (the arrow is only visible when the group is selected). * This opens a panel from which you can adjust properties of that group, including a checkbox to make the group visible in the your Workspace. ==== Notifications ==== The Notifications group is where you can view notifications sent to you from other users in your Connector. ==== Recent Comments ==== Recent Comments lets you see what items users in your Connector have commented on recently.
